Guido and I are looking for a new flatmate to move into this beautiful 3 bed apartment early October for an open ended duration. The flat is in a convenient and quiet location, 1 minute away from Dalston Junction station, facing quiet streets :)
The room is spacious, bright and furnished (bed, mattress & storage). You’d be sharing a large bathroom with 1 other flatmate.
Guido is 37, originally from Sicily. He is a super welcoming and resourceful guy, always keen to host people over for an expertly prepared drink or a home cooked dinner 🇮🇹
I am Theo, 29 and originally from the south of France. I enjoy chilling in the sun on our large balcony, exploring the neighbourhood and learning from my flatmates about everyday things.
Guido and I both enjoy making sure the flat is a chilled, warm and personal space that we and our visitors can enjoy staying in. This place is all about good atmosphere, no hassle. We have a good, trusting relationship with our landlord and enjoy the peace of mind that it brings us.
We also do take good care of cleanliness and we expect you to take part in the team effort :)
The price does not include any bills or council tax (~150 to 200 a month).
