Big loft bedroom in Hackney

Hello, our beloved flatmate Alice is moving back to California after 5 lovely years together so we are now looking for someone else to join us!

Your spacious bedroom and flat comes with beautiful period features including high ceilings, brick work and pillars. There is enough space to work from home and even have a second living space if you so wish.

While your bedroom comes unfurnished, the rest of the shared living spaces comes as seen. There is also a shared WC which has both a bath and a separate shower. The kitchen has a dishwasher and we’ve added things like an air-fryer, stand mixer etc.

I’m an artist/student and Brian works as an editor. Brian is WFH and into fitness, reading and music whereas I’m more interested in films, knitting and art. Fergus is our mini long haired dachshund, he’s very friendly so if you like cuddly dogs you will love him! I’m in my final year of my PhD so the flats party days are over. Ideally, we’re looking for a flatmate that is seeking a quiet home, that is cozy and one where they can be themselves!

Our building is Springfield Lofts, a former Victorian factory. There is a lift and stairs to the 4th floor where our flat is. There is also a bike shed if needed. Three minutes on foot to Dalston Junction and 5 minutes to Dalston Kingsland, great location with lots of buses, shops, cafes and everything else you need nearby.

We are open to a roommate with their own small dog but it will depend on the temperament match. We cannot have cats due to Fergus and cat dander allergies.
