The first room (£1050) is large, very bright, has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk & chair and plenty of storage. It also features a big window and an antique fireplace with a beautiful baroque mirror above.

The second room (£1095) is larger, also bright, has a double bed, 2 wardrobes, a bookshelf, a sideboard and desk. If also feature a gorgeous bay window with original wooden shutters, a mantelpiece with a beautiful ornate white mirror above.

We're in the heart of Dalston (Zone 2) it’s a 5 mins walk to both stations. It’s a very cool, vibrant, alternative, creative area with loads of cafes, pubs, restaurants, nightlife, events, arts, etc.

There are loads of nice parks nearby like Hackney Downs (5mins), London Fields (15mins) etc.

We are friendly, respectful, professional / creative housemates. We occasionally have house dinners, BBQs, quiz nights or just chill with a movie. The vibe is generally very relaxed, respectful and sociable.

Dalston is central and extremely well connected; you can get to the City, Liverpool Street, West End, Angel and Victoria in 20mins. Shoreditch & Stoke Newington are only 10 mins away.

We also have an amazing street market which is great value for fruit & veg. All the big supermarkets and high street shops are also on our doorstep.

The house is on a very quiet leafy street with very friendly neighbours and a community vibe.

The first room is available now and the second in about a month (though there's some flexibility on dates for both).
