A large furnished double room with a king-size bed and private en-suite available from 12th November in a spacious 3-bed, 3-bath flat right on the border of Dalston and De Beauvoir.

The room
The room is a really good size, fully furnished with a king-size bed, and has its own private en-suite bathroom.

The flat
The standout is the living space – we have a huge 600+ sq ft living room, so there's loads of space to relax without everyone being on top of each other. There's also a separate kitchen, three bathrooms in total and a Juliet balcony.

We've lived here for two years and it's a really comfortable, sociable flat. We're mates rather than people who just happen to share a kitchen, but equally it's definitely not a party house.

Who you'll be living with
We're two 29-year-old guys, both professionals – one working in fintech and the other in finance for a green energy company. We both work hybrid, with a mixture of WFH and days in the office.

We're pretty easy-going and into a mix of gym, football, golf, cooking, food/eating out, films and going to the pub. The flat is generally pretty chilled during the week and we're often out and about at weekends.

We're looking for someone friendly, considerate and easy to live with – someone who's happy to be sociable but equally has their own life and is comfortable doing their own thing.

The location is hard to beat:

2-minute walk to Dalston Junction
6-minute walk to Dalston Kingsland
Right on the cusp of Dalston and De Beauvoir
Gym about a minute away
Loads of pubs, restaurants, bars and cafés within walking distance
Dalston's nightlife is right on the doorstep
Easy cycle/Lime Bike into Central London

You get all the convenience and stuff going on in Dalston while also being right next to the quieter De Beauvoir side of the area.

We're fairly open on who we're looking for, probably mid-20s to early-30s ideally, mainly just want someone who fits naturally into the flat. We're not looking for someone who wants to regularly throw parties, but otherwise we're pretty relaxed.
