Double room in Dalston Square

Lovely double room available in a modern flat in Dalston Square.

The room comes with a king-size bed and a basically new mattress. Some of the existing furniture will be staying, although my current housemate will be taking a few of the smaller bits when they move out.

You’ll have your own private bathroom, and the flat also has a balcony, residents’ gym, secure underground bike storage and 24-hour concierge.

Rent is £1,102.50 per month, excluding bills. Bills are usually around £100–£150 per month. We also have a cleaner every other week, which we take turns paying for.

The location is great. Loads of coffee shops, restaurants, bars and supermarkets nearby, with really good transport links for getting around London.

About the flat / who I’m looking for
I’m 32F and looking to share with another professional. Ideally someone around a similar age, but I’m not too fussed about exact age. Finding someone I get along with and who is considerate and easy to live with is more important. Ideally you wouldn’t work from home every day. Hybrid working is absolutely fine.

The flat has a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. It’s not a party house, but having friends over for dinner, drinks or to hang out is absolutely fine. I’d like to find someone who wants the place to feel like home and is happy to have a chat/hang out sometimes, while also doing their own thing.
