Hello!
My current flatmate is leaving to move to the US in December, so a double room will soon become available in this two-bed, two-bath flat in Dalston, close to both Dalston Junction and Dalston Kingsland.
It’s a brilliant spot for coffee spots, shops, bars and getting around London, while the flat itself nice and spacious with gorgeous light in the morning and evening. There's a gym and big Sainsbury's nearby as well. There's also London Fields about 15 minutes away.
About the room - It's a double room that comes unfurnished but you can buy the previous tenants furniture if you wish. You also have your own bathroom, though technically not an en-suite as it’s outside the bedroom and the toilet is sometimes used by guests.
The flat is currently furnished with a sofa, coffee table and dining table, with some items bought myself and other items left from previous tenants. Please note that the old tenant may collect the sofa and dining table at some point, so we may have to replace them. Happy to decorate together as I really enjoy that! The kitchen has a microwave, dishwasher, toaster, gas cooker, plenty of pots, plates etc.
There is a large desk in the living room you can use if you want to WFH.
About me - I’m a single software engineer in my mid 30s and my job is fully remote, though I often go to local cafes to work. I like to DJ, go to gigs, yoga, shopping, restaurants and bars, see friends and dilly dally around the city. I also I love hosting once in a while.
I am fairly social but I do value my alone time to recharge, but always happy to hang out to chat and do stuff together if you wish.
Ideally I’m looking for a fellow woman/femme around my age but I’m not too fussed about that, as long we get on!

The move-in date is flexible, ideally in December. The current rent is £1462 each plus approximately £165 in bills. The deposit is around £1150 paid directly to the tenant moving out
