Pets - cat ok, no dogs, sorry. Please note there's no outdoor access for a cat other than the balcony.

Lovely 3-bed flat in a great location - 6 minutes walk to London Fields, with the beautiful lido, Broadway Market with restaurants, bars and the amazing market every weekend. There's a lovely walk along the canal to Victoria Park. Great coffee everywhere! The other direction takes you to Kingsland high street with excellent night life and charity shops. Also close to Hackney Central with iconic music venues and pubs.

The flat is a first and second floor maisonette, with three bedrooms, a shared living room, two toilets and a balcony overlooking gardens. There are steps and stairs up to the flat so unfortunately not good if you have physical access needs.

Rent and bills all included.

Sharing with Dominie (36, musician - long term tenant) and Natalia (41, PhD student - leaving in December). We are both calm and respectful and we're looking for someone with similar energy. As we both work a lot from home, this room would be more suitable for someone who works out of the home - so we're not all on top of each other every day.
