Room available in Dalston!

Double room available in 3-bed flat in Dalston! My flatmate Lexi and I are looking to fill our third bedroom as our friend Joe is moving in with his girlfriend.

The flat is in a great location, under ten minutes walking to Dalston Kingsland, Dalston Junction, and Hackney Downs. It’s a 3-bed 1-bath in a new build, with a 24-hour concierge, bike storage, shared rooftop, coworking space for residents, and a PureGym downstairs. The room going is the smallest of the three with a double bed and a wardrobe.

Lexi and I are both in our late 20s and met via Spareroom when we moved into the flat. We are both busy with our own schedules but love to pop to the pub together, go to gigs, and keep active (football, running, cycling, camping, etc). We are both clean and want someone who also prioritizes keeping shared spaces tidy.

Joe is somewhat flexible with his move out date, so if you’re interested but the dates don’t align perfectly still reach out and we can try and make it work :)
