Light-filled furnished room in 3-bed townhouse

Our 3rd housemate is sadly moving back to NZ, so we have a lovely light-filled room in our modern split-level townhouse in convenient Dalston available on 10 December (can also be slightly earlier if preferred)!

THE FLAT
It’s a sunlight filled modern split level townhouse with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an open plan living & dining area.

The flat is furnished with some highlights including floorboards, renovated bathrooms, double glazing, Nespresso machine, soda stream, dishwasher and washing machine.

We love to keep a clean, peaceful, homely house for recharging and good company (rather than weekly kick-ons, although we like hosting friends around on occasion). We’re a clean, respectful, considerate and communicative household, all the usual green flags, and are everything friendly. While we have busy schedules, we love to catch up when we’re around.

Super convenient with all the eateries, bars, shops and parks that Dalston and surrounds has to offer!

THE ROOM
The room on offer is [light-filled and] furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, desk and chair. You’ll be sharing a bathroom with only one other female flatmate.

£1,025 pcm + internet and bills. Bills are roughly £150pcm. Bond is £1,025.

THE PEOPLE
You’ll be living with two Aussies in their late 20’s/30’s.

Hannah works as a Business Development Manager for a business advisory firm in the city and mostly works in the office. On the weekends, she’s often out with mates, travelling or catching a gig of some sort.

Susan is a regulatory lawyer who works hybrid and is also into music + gigs, mates + travelling, as well as vegetarian foods, pilates + yoga, plus a good laugh and equally a good d'n'm.

We are looking ideally for a professional in their 30’s who also works hybrid, is clean, communicative, respectful, considerate, is looking for a home rather than just a place to crash and is a downright legend!
