Lovely Double Room on Dalston Lane

The time has come to find a new person to join our home! You’ll be living with two women in their late 20s, early 30s. Janelle who has lived in the house for over a year and Katie who like you, is a new housemate, both ready to usher in a new silly, fun, yet cosy, lovely and respectful time in the house. We’d prefer to offer the room to the girls/ gays/ theys and femmes.

Transport-wise, the house is well-connected. Dalston Junction and Kingsland stations are less than than a 10 minute walk away and Hackney Downs station is just a 10 minute walk the other way. That comes with all the amenities and wonderful things that Dalston and Hackney have on offer.

Rent is £1050 per month and bills tend to be ~£150 per month, depending on the season and usage. Bills include water, electricity, council tax, internet & a cleaner (twice a month).

It’s important to note that the contract will start as a sublet for a couple of months while we organise the change of tenancy with the current contract holder, but afterwards you will be put on the contract as a permanent tenant.
