1 Double Room Available in 2bed 2bath Dalston Flat

Hi! I have one double room with its own bathroom, available from the 17th of November (flexible until early December) in my flat, which is located right at the centre of Dalston (2min walking distance from both Dalston Junction and Dalston Kingsland, plus plenty of bus connections around).

Plenty of bars, restaurants and amenities right outside of our doorstep. The flat is furnished (most of the stuff is mine, and some belongs to the landlord, but they're super flexible if you'd like to bring your own furniture into the bedroom, or you if you'd prefer to keep it as is!) – we can of course also make arrangements around the flat with the existing furniture that belongs to me to accommodate to the both of us where possible. The flat also comes with a dishwasher and a washer/drier (brand new as both were replaced only about a month ago!) and we have a lovely shared terrace which is a bliss over the summer (see pictures).

About me: I'm a full time professional, working as a creative director at a media agency and I go to the office a couple times a week, so I'll be working from home a couple days as well, but I have quite a busy work schedule so you won't see much of me during the day. I'm big into music, gigs, exhibitions, exploring the city, cooking, a good glass of vino, and all that good stuff. Looking for someone that's also a working professional, but that wants to treat this as a home and not just somewhere to crash; be respectful of each other's spaces, but keep a friendly atmosphere/hangout when we can.
