Hey everyone! I’m Lauryn, I’m 22 and sadly moving out of my lovely flat after three years of living in London. I’m looking for a girl in her early to mid-20s who’s after a long-term home with three wonderful girls.

Location
A five-minute walk from both Dalston Kingsland and Dalston Junction stations, with plenty of great pubs, cafes, food spots, shops and parks nearby.

Rent & bills

• Rent: £830 per month
• Bills: £50 per month, including Wi-Fi, water, gas and electricity
• Council tax: £33.33 per month
• Refundable deposit: £966.35 (will get back at end of tenancy)
• Total: £913.33 per month + £966.35 deposit = £1,879.68 to pay now

• Move in date: 20th November 2026

The flat
A four-bedroom flat on the third floor, with a kitchen, balcony, clothes washer/dryer and dishwasher. There’s a shower room with a sink and a separate toilet.

The room
Comes furnished with a double bed, built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table, as shown in the photos.

Who you’ll be living with

• Ruby - works full-time in a restaurant in Dalston, loves live music, shopping and cinema trips.
• Lianna - a third-year pharmacy student who also works in a local pub and enjoys the gym, coffee dates and a good night out.
• Mia - works full-time in a local coffee shop and loves a good night out, evening walks and a glass of wine.

Life in the flat
We love movie nights, pub trips, shopping, evening walks and long chats. These girls have become such close friends, and living together has felt like being part of a little family. We’d love to find someone who’ll enjoy being part of the flat too.

I’ve loved calling Dalston my home and will be so sad to leave, but I know whoever moves in will be very lucky!
