Double room available in a lovely top-floor warehouse conversion in Dalston, with high ceilings, great views and a relaxed atmosphere. The flat has an open-plan kitchen/living room and one bathroom. The building is home to lots of creatives and benefits from 24/7 security, CCTV and a helpful residents’ WhatsApp group.

I’m looking for someone in their 30s–40s who works full-time (max. 2–3 days WFH), is tidy and respectful, and is looking for a long-term home. Someone with their own life who enjoys getting out and about, but also appreciates a calm, comfortable home.

This isn’t a party flat, sorry — I like keeping things peaceful at home, but we can party elsewhere! :)

I’m Noemi, 37, and I work full-time in fashion. I love yoga, cooking, exhibitions, gigs, travelling and painting. I’m friendly and sociable but also value my personal space. I smoke, but only outside.

The room comes unfurnished, but I’ve furnished the rest of the flat myself, so everything is set up in the shared spaces and you’re very welcome to make yourself at home.

You’d join me on a joint tenancy agreement. Gas, electricity and Wi-Fi are already in my name, and you’d take over the council tax bill.

Rent: £923.5 per month

Bills: Approximately £150 per person per month

Deposit: £808 (to be paid directly to the outgoing tenant)
