BEAUTIFUL, bright, spacious, freshly refurbished Victorian house, with friendly, sociable housemates, a big sunny garden & patio, a gorgeous living room, 2 kitchens and 2 bathrooms - the house is massive!

The room is very large, bright (afternoon sun), with a double bed, 2 double wardrobes, a desk, and a bookcase. It also features a massive bay window, antique fireplace with glit gold mirror above. There's a beautiful ornate ceiling with antique chandelier.

We're in the heart of Dalston (Zone 2) it’s a 5 mins walk to both stations. It’s a very cool, vibrant, alternative, creative area with loads of cafes, pubs, restaurants, nightlife, events, arts, etc.

There are loads of nice parks nearby like Hackney Downs (5mins), London Fields (15mins) etc.

We are friendly, respectful, professional / creative housemates. We occasionally have house dinners, BBQs, quiz nights or just chill with a movie. The vibe is generally very relaxed, respectful and sociable.

Dalston is central and extremely well connected; you can get to the City, Liverpool Street, West End, Angel and Victoria in 20mins. Shoreditch & Stoke Newington are only 10 mins away.

We also have an amazing street market which is great value for fruit & veg. All the big supermarkets and high street shops are also on our doorstep.

The house is on a very quiet leafy street with very friendly neighbours and a community vibe.
