Double room with private bathroom in 3 bed flat

Hello! We’re looking for a flatmate to take over a room in our Dalston split-level flat in January, as our third flatmate is leaving London.

About us
We’re two professional women in our early thirties, working in tech and consulting. We get on well and like a home that feels relaxed and sociable. We cook, have friends over now and then, and enjoy a catch-up on the sofa after work, but we also respect that everyone needs their own space and downtime. We’re tidy and considerate, and we keep on top of the shared areas.

Who we’re looking for
A female flatmate in her late twenties or thirties (age is flexible) who is friendly, up for the odd dinner or weekend plan, and equally happy to close her door when she needs a quiet evening. Ideally you’re working professionally, tidy, and easy to live with.

The room
A double bedroom on the lower level with its own private bathroom (the other two rooms are upstairs with en-suites, so the downstairs bathroom is entirely yours) and extra built-in closet storage.

The flat
The flat has a spacious living room and kitchen that look out onto a private, gated courtyard. We’re in a great spot in Dalston:
•⁠ ⁠5 minutes’ walk to Dalston Junction
•⁠ ⁠10 minutes to Dalston Kingsland
•⁠ ⁠12 minutes to Hackney Downs

You’re right on the doorstep of Dalston’s cafes, restaurants, bars and markets.

Bills come to around £150 a month and that includes a cleaner ever other week.

One thing to flag
There are building works at the front of the property (see the last photo) which will continue until the end of January. We’ve negotiated a discounted rent with our landlord for as long as they last, so you’d benefit from that. The works are external and the flat itself is unaffected.
