I have a friendly lively dog who lives with me so you’ll need to be OK with dogs since he’ll consider you part of the family and will want to interact with you when you’re home. I work late a couple of nights a month and will ask you to let him into the garden and put a bowl of food out for him from time to time. I have a hybrid work style so ideally looking for someone similar, we can agree WFH days between us so we're not getting in each others way.

The apartment provides all the conveniences you’re after – fibre broadband with WiFi, SONOS, a weekly cleaning service, modern kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and clothes dryer. There is also a private garden for some green fingered down time and outdoor entertaining. I’m a working professional, so weeks are focused on work and weekends are for winding down and socialising, so I’m after a housemate who follows a similar pattern.
