Room in Dalston for short term rent

I am leaving London for some time and I am looking for someone to take my room in my Dalston flat. The flat is super central and well connected, being on a secondary road it doesn't get all the noise from the busy Kingsland road. It has a very cute balcony facing west, so sunset views are great. the room and flat are fully furnished and there is everything one would need for a short stay. the room overlooks the balcony and gets a really cool view, with sun from midday onwards. It is the better room in the flat so a bit more expensive. The bathroom is shared. We have a great living room with projector, sound system and the most comfortable couch ever. The current flatmate is a creative professional, very nice and respectful. The price includes all costs, electricity, internet, water, council tax etc. the only thing partially excluded is the heating in the winter, if it goes over 200£ per month I would ask for a contribution.
