Double Ensuite Room available - Dalston Junction🫶

Hi all,

My flatmate (female) is moving out to Lisbon with her boyfriend, and a great double room with en suite bathroom/toilet is available from mid-December :)!!

The location is incredible :
- 10 seconds from Dalston junction overground (literally living next to it)
- 5min from Dalston Kingsland
- buses to the city
- next to De Beauvoir with nice pubs, chill residential areas, London fields 15min walk, canal 15min walk

Flat :
- room is double, storage for your clothes, king bed (more than double), space under the bed, desk and other furniture - to discuss with my flatmate, she will sell a few things
- large living room with open kitchen, and balcony
- gym in the development
- TV and large sofa that can host guests (2 people)

About me :
- I am 27 yo, from Paris, and I’ve been living in London for over 4 years now
- Also studied in the UK (Warwick Uni)
- Working in sales and I travel at least once a month, from 2 to 4/5 days (extending when going to Paris, to see my family/friends) - which means flat for yourself
- I do a lot of sports, especially running, but also swimming pool (London fields lido is open all year long and 15min away), tennis 🎾
- I am calm, go out here and there but let’s say my party life is behind and I enjoy more chill nights, friends diners, few drinks, concerts etc.

Ideal flatmate:
- around my age
- works full time
- clean, and ok with a cleaner coming every 2 weeks
- want to also be friend, or do things together (pub, diner, running ? :))
