Furnished room in friendly Haggerston house

Hello!

We (Laura, Emma and Emma - yes it gets confusing!) are looking for a new housemate for a medium-sized double room in our sunny Haggerston house.

The room comes fully furnished with bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers - there’s also access to loads of storage in the rest of the house. We have a lovely bright kitchen/living space and a decent sized garden, shared bathroom and a handy separate downstairs toilet.

The house is in an amazing location - 5 minutes from Haggerston station and just off Kingsland Road with access to great bars and restaurants. We’re close to Regents canal and London Fields for weekend wanders and Broadway Market’s cute cafes and shops.

You would be sharing with 3 LGBTQ+ friendly women aged 28-34 who love books, theatre and travel. We’re super chill and laid back (no drama in this house!) but value a clean and tidy, respectful home where we can all enjoy our own space and come together for a drink and a chat over good food and wine - with the occasional board game!

The boring stuff - all bills and council tax come to around £130 each per month, including a weekly cleaner. Our contract runs from May so this would be a sublet until then, which our letting agency are very easy about. The room is available immediately and we’re ideally looking for someone to move in by 23rd Jan when our next rent payment is due.
