En-suite in 3-bed flatshare by Dalston Junction

Hello! We're looking for someone to join our 3-bed flat next to Dalston Junction. The room is available from early December, possibly mid-November; we'll confirm by the end of October.

The room
Large double ensuite room. It comes unfurnished, though Jo, who's moving out, is happy to sell furniture if usefull.

Rent is £1,190 a month, and bills around £120 a month on top.

The rest of the flat is furnished. If you have kitchen or living room furniture you'd like to bring, we're open to swapping out some of ours out. The building has a shared rooftop terrace, 24/7 concierge and a free gym.

The area
Dalston Junction is next door and Dalston Kingsland is a few minutes' walk. Dusty Knuckle, Allpress and great pubs are on the doorstep. It's a 15 min walk to London Fields and 25 to Stokey.

Us
You'd be living with Gordon (31, software engineer in the music industry) and me, Hugh (34, advertising strategy). Our housemate Jo is moving into her own place. We're both v chill and like hanging out in the kitchen and living room when everyone's home, cooking and listening to music, but we respect each other's space too.

Would be great to replace Jo with another female, as the balance has been good, but open to anyone who can add to the pleasant atmosphere really.
