I am moving into an apartment next to Dalston Junction station with 2 friends, we are all 29 year old males from New Zealand. Our lease starts on 12 December but I can’t move in until 6 January. So I am looking for someone to sublet my room between 13 December to 5 January. The apartment is fully furnished. You will be living with 2 male professionals, who will have moved in on 12 December as well. Monthly rent is £1600, this would be apportioned to the amount of time spent in the room. Ideally I would like to fill it for the entire time but open to offers. It is a big room with a full wall wardrobe, a large modern ensuite and private balcony to yourself.
