Dalston Square double room short term penthouse

We're looking to fill a room in our flat short term from 10th November for a few months. There is a little flexibility within those dates if need be.

It really is an awesome place. It's on the top floor of one of the new buildings in Dalston Square, literally a 30 second walk to Dalston Junction Overground station. The location is perfect for everything Dalston has to offer.

It has an incredible 270 degree private balcony (maybe the best balcony in Dalston Square?) with views over the Olympic Park, the City, Canary Wharf and North London. Check the photos to see for yourself.

It has a big open plan kitchen/living room with windows on all sides and natural light all day. We have lots of house plants. It feels homely :-)

The room is a large double. The bathroom is shared with two other flatmates. It has a comfortable mattress and nice furniture. There is an office chair with back support and a sit stand desk and a monitor. The room is probably best suited to someone without a huge amount of stuff as there’ll still be books and plants in the room and a few items in the wardrobe.

You'd be sharing with three guys aged between 30-45 years. We're friends and occasionally socialise together. Everyone's busy most of the time but we all eat and drink together a fair bit too. It's a fun, friendly atmosphere.

It has a 24 hour concierge and free on-site gym.

We have a projector which is great for watching sport / movies when it’s dark.

We have super fast 1 Gig Hyperoptic Broadband (20 times faster than Sky or Virgin) so it’s fine with working from home.
