SHORT TERM SUBLET - 10 Days - 22 September to 1 October max - £1000 incl. bills.
This is my home, not a commersial property - I only let when travelling.

DESCRIPTION
A bright, modern and artistic penthhouse with a large private balcony and stunning views over London's skyline and most iconic buildings from Canary Wharf to London Eye and all the way to Hamstead Heath. A few metres to Regent's Canal and 15min walk to Angel, Old Street, Hoxton and Dalston.

My home is a spacious one bedroom flat, which feels larger as the views extend out to the horizon.
The open plan living room / kitchen is always full of light with plenty of windows. You can relax on the comfortable sofa and enjoy the sky view. The space is filled with lush plants, so if you are a plant lover you 'll feel at home. There are plenty of books, that you are welcome to check out, I just ask you to leave things exactly as you found them. The flat is very clean, tidy and full of original artworks.

Facilities:
The kitchen is fully equipped with basic appliances. Large collection of spices, if you like cooking.
Washing machine.
Wi-fi: Super fast 1Gb Fibre.
Note: We don’t have dishwasher, microwave and TV.
Bathroom has a bathtub / shower (good water pressure!). We can provide towels.
The bedroom has a very comfortable king size bed and we can provide bedding.
Laptop friendly space (large comfortable desk in the living room).
The balcony wraps around the flat, is full of lovely plants and boasts one of the best views of London.

My guests tell me that the space is larger in reality than what the photographs show (I don't use wide angle photography).

Location:
This is prime location right in the middle of the Hoxton/ Dalston/ Angel areas with numerous trendy bars, clubs, restaurants and music venues on the door step and many other attractions within walking distance such as Columbia Road flower market, Broadway Market, Spitalfields Market. Regents Canal is only a few metres away.
There is a Tesco supermarket just around the corner, and plenty of other shops up the road, including groceries and a deli with organic produce.

Closer station: Haggerston (8min) and Old Street (15min on foot or 10min by bus)
There are 2 buses running just outside of the building (also night buses).

It would suit a tidy and respectful professional or a couple. I have a very good relationship with my neighbours so no loud music or parties. No pets are aloud in the building unfortunately. Not suitable for children.
LGBTQI+ super friendly and affirmative.

Iron / ironboard (There is a steamer, let me if you need it).

TV (I have a large monitor you could connect your laptop to- please let me know if you'd like to use it).

Accessibility:
The apartment is located on the 12th floor. There is a ramp or a flight of 10 steps to reach the entrance of the building. There are two lifts inside the building.
There is a video phone.
