Available from 1 December. I am letting my spare double bedroom with a detached private bathroom in my two bed two bath canalside flat (note no view of the canal). The rent is £1,600 per month inclusive of all bills and cleaner who normally comes in a fortnightly basis. Would suit someone who works primarily from an office. £450 per week for periods of less than 2 months.

The flat is situated in popular De Beauvoir Town and is within an easy commute of the City, 10-15 mins by bus to Liverpool Street Station. There are many bars, cafés and restaurants both along the canal and at nearby Broadway market. It is a lovely stroll (or jog) down the canal to Victoria Park and the famous Colombia Road flower market is within 20 minutes walk.
