Canalside double room with private bathroom

I am letting my spare double bedroom with private bathroom (across the corridor) in my two bed two bath canalside flat (note no view of the canal). I am a lawyer on a career break and am planning to take some trips to Europe over the summer so you would likely have the place to yourself for some of the time. The rent will be £1,800 inclusive of bills.

The flat is situated in popular De Beauvoir Town and is within an easy commute of the City, 10-15 mins by bus to Liverpool Street Station. There are many bars, cafés and restaurants both along the canal and at nearby Broadway market. It is a lovely stroll (or jog) down the canal to Victoria Park and the famous Colombia Road flower market is within 20 minutes walk.

I love theatre, exhibitions and the great outdoors. I am looking for a highly reliable and trustworthy person who will care for my flat as if it were their own while I am away. Please get in touch if this is what you are looking for.
