Spare room + private bath as 1 bed flat while away

I am letting my spare double bedroom with private bathroom (across the corridor) in my two bed two bath canalside flat (note no view of the canal) while I go travelling from 1 December and beyond. I am not yet sure for how long I will be away and note that I may be home over Christmas. The rent for any months I am away will be £2,000 inclusive of all bills except cleaning and for any months I am there it will be £1,500 inclusive of all bills except cleaning.

The flat is situated in popular De Beauvoir Town as is within an easy commute of the City, 10-15 mins by bus to Liverpool Street Station. There are many bars, cafés and restaurants both along the canal and at nearby Broadway market. It is a lovely stroll (or jog) down the canal to Victoria Park and the famous Colombia Road flower market is within 20 minutes walk.

I am a lawyer currently working in the City but am planning to take a career break. I love theatre, exhibitions and the great outdoors.
