I am letting my spare double bedroom with private bathroom (across the corridor) in my two bed two bath canalside flat (note no view of the canal). The rent is £1,500 per month inclusive of all bills except for cleaning or £400 per week for periods of less than 2 months.

The flat is situated in popular De Beauvoir Town and is within an easy commute of the City, 10-15 mins by bus to Liverpool Street Station. There are many bars, cafés and restaurants both along the canal and at nearby Broadway market. It is a lovely stroll (or jog) down the canal to Victoria Park and the famous Colombia Road flower market is within 20 minutes walk.
