Ensuite Bedroom in Penthouse Flat on Regents Canal

Hi,

We are looking for a new flatmate to join our De Beauvoir/Haggerston flat share. The double room is available from December 1st.

We’re looking for a professional who's friendly and easy-going, someone who respects others' privacy but also likes to hang out to enjoy the flat and the amazing local area.

You'll be living with 2 friendly french girls: Manon who has been living here for 6 years and Camille 1 year.

We have both been living in London for many years and are open to all nationalities and genders, preferably someone aged 28-38 years old. But we just want to find the right fit; someone who’s looking for a home rather than a room.

The Flat:
The flat is a penthouse flat on floor 6 with views on Regent’s canal, and the skyscrapers in the city. It has a very big living room, with an open plan kitchen and a huge balcony running along the entire flat.
The available room is the largest of the flat, it’s got a King size bed, a walk-in wardrobe, a private bathroom as well as its own access to the balcony.
The room and bathroom have been entirely refurbished a year ago, with new flooring, a brand new bathroom and the walls have been freshly painted.

Situated in a great location, we are 5 minutes walk from the Haggerston overground, which links up to the Elizabeth and Victoria Lines for easy travel to almost anywhere in London. The house is right next to Regent's Canal, and there are lots of cute pubs and restaurants nearby.

We also have a great relationship with the owner and we rent directly through him. He is always very responsive and fixes issues quickly.

Bills:
The bills are approximately 190 each per month each and that includes a cleaner that comes for two hours every week.
