1-3 month sublet

A 1-3 month sublet in a 2 bed flat in peaceful De Beauvoir.

The flat is spacious and the bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and semi en-suite bathroom (toilet and sink). I have spare sheets, bedding and towels if you do not have your own.

Will consider shorter term lets (1 month) but max 3 months as I’m looking to sell my flat so not looking for a long term flatmate. There could be a few flat viewings so hopefully you’d be ok with that too.

I’m easy going and prefer a quiet life with cycling and cooking, occasionally have friends over for dinner but I’m not a party person and my home is a peaceful sanctuary. Up for being social and watching a film or cooking together or equally happy with my own routine and keep myself busy. I’m in the office 2 - 3 days a week but will work from home for a couple of days too. The flat does not have tons of storage outside of the bedroom so better suited to someone who does not have a lot of stuff. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready to go with coffee machine, blender, pots and pans etc.
