Looking for a chill and tidy housemate to join our friendly home in the heart of De Beauvoir Town! We have a cosy, but perfectly formed, room available with lovely views.
Our house is a 4-bedroom haven with 1 bathroom (and 1 extra downstairs loo loo) and a big back garden, and undercover bike storage, that soaks up the sun. We're located right near some of the best cafes in the area, with buses on our doorstep and a short walk to Dalston Junction. Highbury & Islington is also easily accessible with a pleasant 20-minute stroll.
About us: We're a friendly bunch consisting of two Aussie girls (30 & 32) and one English guy (29). We all work: the girls have 9-5 jobs and the boy works in hospitality. The girls WFH some days. So hopefully looking for someone that works mostly in the office. We're looking for a working professional who's relaxed, down-to-earth, and appreciates a clean and tidy living space.
What we're looking for: Ideally, we'd love someone who's social and enjoys hanging out, but isn't a massive partier. We're pretty low-key during the week, but love exploring the local pubs and restaurants on the weekends. While we're hoping to keep the gender balance in the house, we're open to applications from anyone who thinks they'd be a good fit!
The Room: It's on the smaller side, but it's super cosy and has a great view. Perfect for someone who values a comfortable and peaceful space. It is furnished and with good storage included.
