Double bed available for sublet on a weekly basis within the following dates:

16-22nd August (1 week)
23rd August - 6th September (2 weeks)
13-19th September (1 week)
20-26th September (1 week)

A double room in a beautiful and quiet 2-bedroom apartment in De Beauvoir. Postcode is N1 5ER. It's 2 mins from Haggerston station.

You would be staying with two 35 year Professionals who are a couple, working from office 3 days a week. We are here across most weeks except from 27-6th.
It is not a party house. We are looking for someone mature, clean and respectful. Ideal for someone coming to London for short work trips or someone in between flats.

£50 / night including bills. Ideally no less than 3 nights minimum. We can consider more than 6 nights/1 week so please message about this.

About the flat and room:
We moved into this flat at the start of this year and absolutely love living here. It's right by Haggerston overground station and plenty of bus connections. Loads and loads of cool cafes, bars and restaurants around here. The flat is fully furnished and also has a fully equipped kitchen. The flat gets a lot of sun during the day which is quite nice too!
The room comes with a desk, wardrobe, chest of drawers, double bed, bedding, and we would be happy to provide towels.
