Bus stops with journeys to the City, London Bridge, and the other way to Tottenham right under the building. Old Street, Angel, Highbury, and Stoke Newington all within 30 min walk, Dalston and Haggerston at your doorstep.

You’ll be sharing the flat with me, a 32 year old professional. I work from the office 5 days a week so like to come home to a chill environment. I like music, films, festivals, and sports.

Looking for someone tidy, friendly, and respectful. I love a night out but don’t bring the party home, and I would appreciate it if my flatmates do the same.

The listed room is the smaller one in the flat so rent is cheaper. It’s ideal for someone that works hybrid/full time office and does not need a lot of desk space. If you do, a small desk can still fit in there, and obvs can work from the living room as well.

Bills add up to roughly £188 a month including wifi, and I get a cleaner in on a biweekly basis if that’s something you’d like to contribute to.

Available from late October but can be flexible on earlier move in dates.
