I’m looking to rent out a **very large, bright double room** in my spacious 2-bedroom flat in **De Beauvoir Town**, ideally for a medium- or long-term stay.

The flat is on the **9th floor of a modern building**, perfectly located between Haggerston and Angel, with fantastic west-facing views across London.

**The Room**

The room is filled with natural light, with **two large floor-to-ceiling windows** offering beautiful open views across London — particularly at sunset.

It comes fully furnished with a **king-size bed and memory foam mattress**, a large floor-to-ceiling wardrobe with plenty of storage, and a desk.

**The Flat**

You’ll be sharing the flat with just me.

The main communal space is a large open-plan **living room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen**, with plenty of room to cook, relax and enjoy the space.

There’s also a **west-facing balcony overlooking London**, which is a great spot for a coffee or a drink in the evening.

The building has a **residents’ gym and sauna**, and on the ground floor there’s a Tesco supermarket, ATM and dry-cleaning/laundry service.

**De Beauvoir Town**

It’s a lovely part of London — quiet and residential, but within easy reach of **Dalston, Shoreditch, Hoxton, Angel and Islington**.

There are plenty of independent cafés, restaurants, pubs and shops nearby, as well as **Regent’s Canal, Rosemary Gardens and Shoreditch Park** for walking, running or cycling.

There’s a bus stop just outside the building with several routes into central London, while **Haggerston Overground and Essex Road stations are around a 12–15 minute walk away**.

**A Little About Me**

I’m originally from Lisbon and have been living in London for around ten years. I’m in my 40s and work in the creative industry.

I’m friendly, sociable and easygoing, but I also really value having a **calm, clean and comfortable home**. I’m always happy to chat or occasionally share a meal or a glass of wine, while also respecting each other’s space and independence.

I’m looking for someone friendly, considerate and tidy who would like to **make the flat their home**, rather than simply have somewhere to sleep.
