Lovely place in De Beauvoir

Hello,

I am looking for a flatmate for my lovely flat in De Beauvoir.

The room is a good size and comes furnished with a double bed, book case and two double built in wardrobes, as well as a desk and console table.

The flat is a recently refurbished two-bedroom maisonette over the upper and lower ground floors. The kitchen, dining and living area is open plan, with tall ceilings and large windows. There's also a garden and patio with space to sit and eat.

The area has excellent pubs, cafés and restaurants, and it's green and quiet while still well connected. Essex Road station is an 8-minute walk, Haggerston 12 minutes, and Dalston, Angel and Highbury 15–17 minutes.

I'm a calm, easy-going 44-year-old gay man who works as an HR and leadership consultant. I'm usually away one or two nights a week, and I keep the flat clean and tidy. I enjoy cooking, eating out, socialising and being outdoors.

I'd like whoever moves in to feel at home. I'm looking for someone relaxed and considerate, and otherwise I'm fairly open.
