Bright double room in a canal-facing flat

We are two friends looking for someone to join our flatshare, as our third flatmate (and friend) is moving out to live with his partner. This has always been a flatshare between friends, and we'd love to keep that same friendly, familiar atmosphere with whoever moves in next.

About the flat
The room is a bright double room, and you'll share a bathroom with just one other flatmate.
We have a large, bright living room and a fully equipped kitchen, with plenty of space for relaxing, cooking or having friends over. There is also a spacious balcony overlooking the canal basin, perfect for morning coffee or an evening drink.
The flat is quiet and non-smoking, so it would suit someone who enjoys having a peaceful home.

About us
You'll be sharing with two women in their late 30s/mid-40s, from Spain and Italy, both working as scientists in biotech.
We're independent and enjoy having our own space, but we also like having a warm and friendly atmosphere at home. In our free time, we enjoy going to the gym, cinema and exhibitions, playing board games, and occasionally sharing a nice glass of wine.

About you
We're looking for a considerate working professional, ideally in their 30s or 40s, who is looking for a friendly, relaxed home rather than just a room.

Location
Haggerston is very well connected via the Overground (5-minute walk), with Broadway Market, London Fields and Regent's Canal all nearby. Supermarkets and gyms are within a 10-minute walk. The area itself is quiet while still feeling lively and central: it's around 20 minutes by bike to King's Cross and 10 minutes to Liverpool Street. We also have a Santander Cycles docking station right on our doorstep.

The furniture you see in the pictures belongs to our current flatmate. Some of it, including the bed and wardrobe, may be available to stay if you'd like them. The room dimensions are 4.25 × 2.03 m.
