We are looking for a girl to join us in our lovely 4-bed flat in leafy De Beauvoir Town!
You’ll be living with Alisha (27) Kieran (27) and Matt (27). We’re a warm, social and creative house, and are looking for someone a similar age and vibe to add to the chill and goofy feel of the flat!!!
We are a busy bunch but when we are home together, we enjoy the occasional flat dinner, pub trip or movie night. On a typical Sunday you might find Alisha exploring London, Matt doing something outdoorsy, and Kieran writing his latest film script…….. if we aren’t hungover he he he he
The area has a real neighbourhood feel with lots of cafes, pubs and restaurants close by. Dalston Junction and Dalston Kingsland & Canonbury Overground stations are under a 15-minute walk away, and there are several bus stops super close with routes into central London. We are also walking distance from the canal, Shoreditch Park, Clissold Park London fields and Highbury Fields!
The flat is spread across two floors and is super cosy (and don’t worry we aren’t stingy with the heating). The living space is open plan and we have two shared bathrooms, as well as a terrace that is perfect for hosting in the summer.
The room is super spacious and gets amazing light, can fit a double bed, wardrobe, drawers and desk to WFH.
