We are looking for someone likeminded to join us in our 2 bedroom flat right across from the canal in de Beauvoir!

We are 30/31, have busy work lives during the week, but love cooking, hosting, going to concerts/shows, exploring London on the weekend but also a chill night in. We’d love someone with a similar lifestyle - open to ages, all genders, all preferences etc as long as you are kind and open minded!

-5 min walk to Haggerston station, 15 min walk to Old Street and loads of bus routes nearby
-private outdoor patio space
-spacious lounge and kitchen
-communal spaces are furnished already, so no need to bring furniture! Equally, can make space if you do have anything you want to bring
-bedroom furniture can be left behind by leaving flatmate if you want it
-Available from 4th December, must be on the lease by 10th December
-Rent £1080 p/m, and we put in £150 each which easily covers bills

Our property managers have the following requirements also
-must have right to rent in the UK (either citizenship or proof of visa)
-preferably in full time employment (they have said 37k salary is their desired min income, but could also accept lower if you can prove you have funds to cover 6 months rent)
-Deposit of £1210 required
