Description
One double room available to rent for 3 weeks, from Fri 6 Nov to Fri 27 Nov. This is my two-bed flat that I've been living in for 8 years, and I'm renting my room out for a crossover 3-week period while I'm in transition moving to a new city. Slightly shorter stays considered, but no less than 2 weeks.
Price:
£350 per week (including all bills) for an individual
£400 per week (including all bills) for a couple
You'll be in the master bedroom (with its own private balcony) and sharing the common spaces with my flatmate Henry, a lovely guy in his mid-thirties who is out and about most of the time as he's studying a journalism master's at SOAS and working a couple of part-time jobs.
The room comes furnished with a double bed, open wardrobe, small dressing table, drawers, and full-length south-facing window opening up onto its own private balcony. It also has a comfortable carpet, and I can also provide bed linen and towels if needed. The room will be empty of all my possessions so you'll have plenty of room for your belongings.
The flat is bright, airy and spacious, located on the 7th floor of a block of flats, with a shared building entrance and two working lifts. All entrances and doorways are wheelchair accessible.
The spacious living room has a wooden floor, large comfortable sofa and opens out to a second balcony with a bench and small fold-out table. The open-plan kitchen is well equipped, with plenty of worktop space, a microwave, electric hob, big fridge-freezer and standard kitchen utensils. The bathroom has both a bath and shower.
The location is ideal, on the edge of De Beauvoir, a couple of mins walk from the canal, with loads of cafes and pubs within walking distance, and directly on the 76 and 141 bus routes.
Location:
12mins walk from Haggerston overground station
2mins walk from Rosemary Gardens
3mins walk from Regent's Canal
5mins walk from Shoreditch Park
20-25mins walk from Old St / Angel tube stations
