Two lovely double rooms in De Beauvoir, N1 – bills

Hello!

I have two lovely double bedrooms available in a three-bedroom maisonette in De Beauvoir, N1.

It's a cosy, welcoming home with a shared living room, kitchen, garden, bathroom and separate WC.

The rooms

Room 1 – £1,200 pcm (bills included)

Room 2 – £1,265 pcm (bills included)

Both rooms are available individually, but I'd especially love to find two friends who are looking to move together!

A little about the household

I'm a freelance photographer working across photography and creative production. I love art, music, good food, being outdoors and exploring London.

I'd describe the home as relaxed, friendly and sociable, but definitely not a party house. I enjoy having a chat in the kitchen, sharing the occasional meal or glass of wine, but equally appreciate having our own routines, space and downtime.

There's also a lovely resident cat, Niye, who will most likely make herself known! So being comfortable around cats is a must. 🐈

We also have a cleaner who comes twice a month to help keep the communal spaces lovely.

Who I'm looking for

I'd love to live with friendly, considerate, easy-going people who are tidy, respectful and happy to make the house feel like a proper home rather than just somewhere to sleep.

It's really important to me that the house is a genuinely POC and LGBTQ+ friendly space, where everyone feels welcome and comfortable being themselves.

Ideally, I'd love a nice balance between being sociable and independent. No pressure to become best friends, but it would be lovely to have a warm, comfortable household where everyone gets along.

Two friends looking to move together would be amazing, but I'm equally happy to hear from individuals!
