Lovely, sunny flat in De Beauvoir!

Double bedroom available in a well decorated and friendly flat in De Beauvoir. Available 5 December.

We’re looking for someone to fill a double bedroom in our lovely 4 bedroom flat in De Beauvoir! The room is bright and on the second floor, the bed and large wardrobe are included (other furniture, including a chest of drawers is available to buy from the departing tenant). There is a cosy and sunny lounge, fully equipped kitchen and small outside patio area.

A stones throw from the De Beauvoir Square and well connected with a 6 minute walk to Haggerston station. Local pubs, cafes and wine bars on your doorstep. Close to canal and London Fields.

You’ll be sharing with three girls aged 30-32 - two Kiwis and one Aussie. All professionals working mostly in the office with a day or two at working from home. We’re a friendly bunch, and have made this flat our home! We like to hang out when we’re home, watch tv with a couple of wines, and the occasional flat dinner but are respectful of each other’s space and all have busy lives. Everyone enjoys staying active, cooking, travelling, and keeping the local pubs and cafes in business. The room is for one person only.

£1,190 per month for rent and bills (including fortnightly cleaner and household items).
