**Large, bright en-suite double room available for a regular Monday–Friday let** in a peaceful, well-kept home in Haggerston (N1).

Ideal for a professional working in London during the week who has their main home elsewhere and is looking for a comfortable, consistent base rather than staying in hotels.

The room is fully furnished and spacious, with a comfortable double bed, private en-suite bathroom, wardrobe and good storage.

**The household**

I'm the live-in owner and share the property with one other lodger. It's a clean, friendly and respectful household, well suited to someone who works regular hours, appreciates a relaxed atmosphere and enjoys their own space.

A cleaner visits every two weeks, including cleaning of your bedroom and the shared areas.

**Kitchen facilities**

Fridge and cupboard space are provided, and light use of the kitchen is welcome for breakfast, drinks and preparing simple meals.

**Location & transport**

The flat is situated in a quiet residential part of Haggerston, just around the corner from Regent's Canal.

Haggerston Overground is around 8 minutes' walk away, with excellent bus connections to Shoreditch, Old Street and the City. Shops, cafés and local amenities are all within easy walking distance.

**Monday–Friday arrangement**

The room is offered to one person on an ongoing Monday–Friday basis (four nights per week, checking out on Friday morning), with the room available for my use at weekends.

You're welcome to leave your clothes and personal belongings in the room over the weekend, so there's no need to pack up each Friday.

Rent is fixed at £1,300 per calendar month, inclusive of bills, regardless of bank holidays or occasional nights away.
