Large double bedroom in beautiful house

We have a large, sunny, double bedroom with huge mirrored wardrobes, in a spacious four-bedroom house off Camberwell Grove.

Our detached house is set off a beautiful, quiet, tree-lined road, located within a 10 minute walk of Denmark Hill & Peckham Rye stations as well as multiple bus routes. The shops and restaurants of Bellenden Road are a 5 minute walk away.

Downstairs there is a large double living room, bike room, laundry room, WC, and a big modern kitchen overlooking our enormous garden, which is great for BBQs in the warmer months. We also have off-street private parking.

The house currently consists of two males and one female who work in the design and creative industries. We're a creative and active bunch of late 30's early 40's, who enjoy cycling, music, galleries and all the usual fun stuff.

We are looking for a professional who works out of the house during the week. We'd like someone who is friendly and considerate, and keen to contribute to keeping the house clean, tidy and looking lovely. We all have our independent social lives but enjoy the occasional film night, house dinner or glass of wine together.

We are lucky to live in an incredible house and are looking for someone pro-active who'll be able to appreciate it with us.

Rent is £860 per month + bills (approx £200 a month). This includes gas, electric, council, water, broadband and a cleaner who comes once a week to clean the communal spaces and the 3.5 bathrooms in the property.

The room comes with a double bed, two bedside tables and has huge inbuilt wardrobes. It is available from 29th November.
