Short walk from King's College Hospital, Denmark Hill, Herne Hill, East Dulwich and Loughborough Junction + lots of buses. Suits a quiet professional, working/studying at King's,

No smoking tolerated - even in the garden - no stinky cooking, in fact as little cooking as possible. If you are noisy and messy and don't look after things you can absolutely 100% f. o. r. g. e. t. i. t.

I am easy going (though don't sound like it here lol) and respectful. I am friendly and used to sharing but also respect other sharer's space and privacy.
