Single room in clean, comfortable, decorated, quiet house, shared use of kitchen and bathroom. Short term-lodger only, live in with middle aged female owner and even older and laziest of all cats.

Short walk from King's College Hospital, Denmark Hill, Herne Hill, East Dulwich and Loughborough Junction + lots of buses. Suits a quiet professional, working/studying at King's,

No smoking tolerated - even in the garden - no stinky cooking, in fact as little cooking as possible. If you are noisy and messy and don't look after things you can absolutely 100% f. o.r. g.e. t. i. t.

I am easy going (though don't sound like it here lol) and respectful. I am friendly and used to sharing but also respect other sharer's space and privacy.
