Spare room to let from Monday to Friday (4 nights per week) in a quiet, secure and comfortable flat situated in a 1940s Art Deco block just opposite Ruskin Park, Denmark Hill in South London.

The room is a generous size, with a small double bed, desk, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Shared facilities include bathroom (bath and shower), kitchen and living and dining space. Excellent wi-fi available throughout.

You will find frequent direct trains to Central London e. g. Victoria (10 mins), Blackfriars (10 mins) and Clapham Junction (15 mins) at Denmark Hill station. Denmark Hill is also well served by numerous bus routes.

Camberwell and East Dulwich are within walking distance and offer a range of cafes, bars, restaurants, cinemas, gyms and supermarkets. A large Sainsburys is located on Dog Kennel Hill, 5 mins walk from the flat. There is also a local Tesco right next to the building.

I'm looking a quiet professional who is seeking mid-week accommodation from Monday - Friday only. This would ideally suit someone who lives outside of London but needs a mid-week base in Central London to avoid a long commute each day.

The rent is £550 per calendar month inclusive of bills.
