The property consists of 25 bedrooms, 3 modern kitchens and bathrooms throughout.

All the rooms are unfurnished, so you will have to provide your own bed and wardrobe facilities.

3 rooms available range from £800-£1200.

We are a property guardian company, so you will be living in the property under a monthly licence agreement. This means that your notice period is a minimum of 28 days.

We prefer working professionals, 21 and over– are allowed in the building.

We will require the following documentation from you:

• 3 months’ previous bank statements OR
• 3 months’ previous pay slips
• A copy of your passport OR photo ID
• A character or employment reference
* Valid DBS certificate

We require the following payments from you to secure a room:

• 1 month rent upfront
• 1 month deposit

If you are not in full time employment with a permanent contract, we may request that you provide a guarantor.
