Double-bed room in Deptford

Sadly one of our flatmates is moving out so we’re on the hunt for someone new to join our lovely flat in Deptford (SE8) 😊

💸 Rent: £825 per month + ~120 for bills and council tax (£61 each per month)

🛏️ The Room

A cosy room, partly furnished with a double bed and set of drawers. The desk can come with the room if needed (chair not included).

📍The Location

5-12 minute walk away from Deptford DLR station, Deptford train station, and New Cross station. 15-20 minute walk to Greenwich. Close to Deptford High Street which has several shops, pubs and cafes.

🏠 The Flat

It is a 3 bedroom flat with a lovely and bright living room area. You would be sharing with myself (Elsa) and Ella, both aged 25. Ella works full-time as a teaching assistant and I am a full-time student in my last year of a Masters. We are a relaxed household - in our spare time we like to go to the pub, park, café’s, music events, museums or just chill at home.

We are looking for someone who also likes to live in a clean and respectful space. We are not a party house but we do occasionally have friends over for dinner, which we would love for you to join us for, but if you enjoy your alone time more that is ok too!

We intend to stay on till around August/September 2027. Students accepted but you would have to be willing to pay council tax as well. The landlord requires that you have a UK guarantor and references.
