Double room available in Deptford

Hello!

Ewan and I are searching for a new housemate in our 3 bed flat right next to Deptford bridge station.

A bit about us:

Jack (33), enjoys running, watching football and playing basketball but is also a self confessed nerd who loves dnd/mtg and movies. Works from home 3 times a week in the office room pictured.

Ewan (34) enjoys football, film and travelling. I have a keen interest in languages too. Works on location 5 days a week.

We enjoy hanging out in the living room together (and occasionally grab some beers) but appreciate our own space also.

The room is a double with an en-suite and measures 4.24m x 3.04m. It comes with the bed, mattress and wardrobe but other items in the picture belong to Ben (current housemate who’s leaving).

Please note the deposit is actually 1385.
