Colourful Oasis in the Heart of Trendy Deptford

**please note i'll be off-grid until end of March, and will respond upon my return**

The flat is bright and colourful, sitting in the heart of London’s hip area Deptford. It's a home designed to inspire: a cozy living room, private rooftop terrace, lots of art, and a buzzing creative neighbourhood. Close to The Thames and Greenwich Park. And only one stop away from London Bridge (bonus: the station is just across the road from the flat). The DLR and Overground are also under 10 minutes away, making it ideal for people who work in / enjoy visiting Canary Wharf or East London.

I'm a psychedelic therapeutic guide, and I will most likely need to use the shared living room up to 1 to 2 days a week 9am-5pm for work, which means this flat is best suited to someone who is OK with that, or works in an office 5 days a week, or only needs to be in the office a couple of days per week. Open to negotiations regarding this.

The bedroom is part-furnished - it has a wardroom, double blinds, a sofa bed, and a desk. I haven't included a bed, as you may want to only use the sofa bed and have more space. However, there is plenty of room for a bed if you wanted one (you'd need to provide this).

About me: I love music, meditating, food, comedy (the darker the better, ha), and lighter things like exploring the nature of reality and consciousness :-p

Like many people, I like to socialise and l like to have my own private time too. Happy to share meals, etc.

Ideally looking for someone who is chill, emotionally aware, and appreciates a clean and tidy flat, as it's somewhat open plan, and piled up dishes is an eye-soar!
