Hi all, my current flatmate is moving out of our flat on 1 May and I am looking for a female tenant to replace her as part of the contract for the next year.
* Flat/room/building specs
- 7th floor flat
- Open plan living room and kitchen
- Large balcony
- Ensuite shower
- Furniture included: king size bed, desk, 2 side tables, full closet, dresser, wall mirror
- Concierge in the neighbouring building (8 am to 4 pm on weekdays), bike storage, rooftop gardens
* Location: 1 minute from Deptford train station (8 mins from London Bridge!), 9 mins walk to Deptford Bridge DLR
* Rent: £1,100 excl bills (+ ~200 p/m)
* Deposit: £1,269.23 paid to her directly once referencing is successful.
The flatmate moving out will cover the £50 referencing fee and upon signing the deposit protection scheme certificate will be updated with your name.
* Minimum salary requirement: 33k per year.
You will also need to have evidence of this and satisfactory references to pass. To ensure referencing is completed on time by Goodlord, we need to confirm the new tenant ASAP, so please make sure you fulfil all the requirements and are ready to commit if you're keen
