The flat is close to Devons Road DLR and a short walk from Mile End/Bromly-By-Bow (Central line and District/Hammersmith and City). Plenty of natural light with a desk for those that work from home and additional storage beneath the bed.
Looking for a flatmate that is easy going and passionate about what they do. I am a 26 year old Data Engineer and work from home for most of the week. Hobbies include cooking, D&D, long canal walks, gaming, pub quizzes and travel among other things. My partner occasionally stays with me, though we are often out during the week. All the furniture in the room is relatively new. The flat has a well equipped kitchen with a washer/dryer, open plan living area and recently refitted bathroom. If you like plants then the sunlight and the lovely temperature in the flat creates a great growing space as can be seen with the greenery in the shared living space.
The bathroom has two showerheads and decent waterpressure. It is possible to store a bike indoors and the flat is located near to a Santander Cycle dock. Recently there has been a brand new Sainsbury's local opening up 3 minutes away, with a lidl and large tesco slightly further afield.
