Double room in East London available from November

I’m looking for someone to take over my room in our lovely East London flat, where you’ll be living with my best friend, Holly! 💛 Ideally looking for someone to move in during November, but I can be flexible with dates for the right person.

🛏️ The Room & Flat
The room is a small double with its own main bathroom, making it a great setup for someone who likes having their own space and privacy. The room will come with a bed and bedside table, and there will be drawers available for you to use.
There is also a wardrobe that I bought from IKEA around 6 months ago, which I’d like to sell to whoever moves in for £120. It’s a 3-door wardrobe and will stay in the room if purchased.
The flat has a lovely living area with space for a desk if you work from home. Hybrid working is absolutely fine, but it probably wouldn’t suit someone who spends all day on calls, as Holly also works from home in the shared space.

The flat is in a really convenient spot in East London, with great transport links and everything you need close by.

* 🚇 Bromley-by-Bow Underground: Around 15-minute walk (District and Hammersmith & City lines)
* 🚇 Mile End Underground :Just over a 20-minute walk (central line)
* 🛒 Tesco Express: Literally opposite the flat!
The building also has a concierge, and there’s a gym downstairs which you can join for an additional monthly fee.

* Rent: £1,125 per month
* Bills: Approximately £190–£200 per month

👋 Who You’ll Be Living With
You’ll be sharing with Holly, who is 29 and works a hybrid schedule. She enjoys going to the gym, having chilled evenings during the week and socialising with friends at the weekends.

We’re looking for someone like minded, ideally aged 26+, preferably a working professional, who is clean, tidy and considerate of shared spaces. We’re happy for either a male or female flatmate!
The ideal person would enjoy a good balance of socialising and downtime. Friends or partners would be fine to come over every now and again, so you should feel comfortable making the flat your home while being respectful of each other.

📅 Viewings & Move-In
Viewings are available on:
* Monday 19th: After 6pm
* Tuesday 20th: After 7pm
