I have a specious double bedroom with en-suite available in my lovely two bedroom flat in Dollis Hill. Further details are as follows:
The flat is within a modern development and on a quiet street. It is on the third floor. The flat consists of the lounge and open plan kitchen, two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is also a good size balcony. The kitchen, living room room and hall have wooden flooring and bedrooms are carpeted. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher and a large fridge-freezer. The large lounge has a sofa, table and chairs, Free View TV and DVD player. The flat also has very good central heating and fibre broadband. 
The room (available from 13 September 2025):
The room has a large window that let in lots of light and it comes fully furnished with a double ottoman style bed (lots of storage inside!), 2 chests of drawers, bedside table, desk with a chair, a built-in wardrobe. However, the real bonus is that the occupant of this room has en-suite bathroom - good size shower! Please note all furniture is staying in the bedroom and there is no option to remove them.
The location:
The flat is in a brilliant location, just 5 minutes walk away from a large Gladstone park which is perfect for walks, running and it also has tennis courts. Brent Cross shopping centre, Staples Corner and IKEA shopping centres are just 10 minutes away on the bus with lots of shops and restaurants. The nearest tube station is Dollis Hill or Neasden, both on jubilee line (zone 3), Brent Cross West with Thameslink train station is 15 min walk and it gets you to the city in 20 minutes. There are buses on the bottom of the road going towards Paddington, Cricklewood, Wembley, Brent Cross shopping centre and Ikea. 
The tenant:
The current tenant that you will be sharing the flat with is a lovely 35 years old Greek girl.
I am looking for a tenant, female, between 25 – 40 years old, who is independent, professional and friendly girl.
No couples, students or smokers please. This is not a party flat. You are respectful of each other’s space. You are willing to contribute to the calm and relaxed atmosphere and are professional, easy going, tidy and clean.   
Upfront costs:
The total monthly cost is £1,150, which consists of the rent and bills (council tax, service charge, electricity, gas, water, fiber broadband and TV license). You will be required to pay one month’s rent in advance and a £1,150 deposit.
