Newly decorated and furnished large single available for a professional person in Dollis Hill area.
We are looking for a cultured, clean and quiet person to join our lovely , clean, sunny house.
I own this place and live on the ground floor self contained flat.
Two rooms upstairs and the attic are being rented and there is a large kitchen/dinner/lounge with WM, TV, fridge/freezer and all household gadgets.
There is a large bathroom.
You will share the flat with Maria from Italy and Fabio from Brasil.
I have known both for many years. We are like family here and I make sure that my lodgers are happy.
We have a lovely garden so in summer there will be some BBQ and sunbathing.:):)
The nearest station is Brent Cross West, which would take you to West Hampstead in 5 min and you can take Jubilee line from there. Thameslink will take you to St. Pancrass (20min) or Blackfriers or even to Kent. New proposal is in place for a new overground line that will connect BCW with Heathrow (Hurray!!) This line will stop at Neasden where you can change for Jubilee line on the same stop.
We have a great outdoors here. Gladstone Park is just 5min away with outdoor gym ( I go there 3 times a week) and tennis courts.
Lidl is 10 min walk. And if you need a bulk shopping I can always take you with me in my car as I shop there.
This house is exceptional as I look after it myself so if WM goes faulty I replace it within 24 hours. I supply the toilet rolls and cleaning products free of charge.
